Asymmetry: One half of the mole doesn’t look like the other.
Border: Edges are blurred, irregular, or ragged.
Color: The color of the spot is inconsistent and may include different shades of brown, black, blue, pink, or red.
Diameter: The spot is larger than 6mm in diameter.
Evolution: The spot has changed over time.
