A 50 Years old male presented with Recurrence of Low Grade Glioma involving R motor cortex . The previous surgery was done in 2012 in Karachi and patient was remained well for 10 years . Now he has Power 4/5 in Left hand with Focal fits . Functional MRI for Motor Mapping of left hand and left foot was done to analyse the relationship of functional activated areas with the Tumor to make surgery safe and to achieve gross total resection with out worsening neurological defect .
