No-Bake Dark Chocolate Granola Protein Cups 🍫πŸ₯œ

Dark chocolate granola protein cups I’ve been making on repeat as the perfect grab-and-go healthy snack 🀍 Sweet, crunchy, chocolatey and so easy to make!

Per cup: 127 kcal
4g protein | 14g carbs | 6g fat

Ingredients (makes 12):
50g peanut butter
70g clear honey
70g oats
30g cornflakes
25g protein powder
80g melted dark chocolate
15g crushed mixed nuts

Topping:
80g dark chocolate
20g crushed mixed nuts

Method:
Add the honey and peanut butter to a bowl and microwave for 30–50 seconds, then mix until smooth.
Stir in the oats, protein powder and cornflakes.
Add 1 tsp of the mixture to a mini muffin tray and press down firmly.
Melt the dark chocolate in 30-second bursts, spoon over the cups and finish with crushed nuts.
Store in the fridge and enjoy whenever you fancy β€” these keep for up to a week 🧊

1. Sleep and cortisol
