The transmission rate drop drastically to 5% if a Corona carrier wears a mask, and if you wear a mask as well , then a very negligible 1.5%
Thus , please wears a mask whenever you are leaving ur home even for few minutes.
Important note: their is no need of wearing mask while you are in your car or setting alone in your private office as this will not provide any benefit and may cause suffocation!

We cannot prevent earthquakes but we can minimize its effect by building safer structures. Same goes with COVID-19, we cannot prevent it but we can minimize its effect with strong immune system.
I have received 100 of msgs about what should we eat to protect ourselves against COVID-19.
Well, the answer is
"There is no miracle food that can prevent or cure COVID-19"
Indeed, social media is a powerful tool. However, sometimes it can also be a catalyst for spreading misinformation. From past few months inauthentic facts are circulating on social media that certain food or diet can protect us against COVID-19.
There is no current evidence that eating certain food like (onion, garlic, oranges or lemon) or following certain diets can protect us against this virus.
However, we can work on our immune system to reduce the severity, if get sick! Their is no doubt, weak immune system can impair your ability to fight off illness and infection.
Certain vitamins and minerals are considered essential to keep our immune system healthy and strong. (will discuss this in next post :))

The bottom line is that no supplement, diet, or other lifestyle modification other than physical distancing, also known as social distancing, and proper hygiene practices can protect you from COVID-19.

Save this mindful eating practice to try at your next meal or whenever you need.
This practice have few important benefits
•It invites you to slow down before a meal, it will give you margin to think again!
•It helps you better understand why you are making certain food choices.
•And most importantly, it helps you tab into your own mind-body connection and gives you power to make the decisions that feel right for your body!
It maybe tough when you first start to remind yourself to go through this practice. But in long run it will turn as a blessing

Yes, these bananas are not nutritionally same. Let's find out in which stage bananas can be more helpful for us.
In first stage, bananas are mostly starch and tend to be bitter. Contain rich content of fibre, pectin and resistance starch. Eating banana in this stage is suitable option for diabetic patients as it's lowerin sugar and have GI value of 30.These bananas are high in probiotics and helps to keep our gut healthy. Along with this, green bananas leave us feeling full for longer than yellow and brown.
Yellow or ripe bananas are packed with antioxidants, fibre, minerals and vitamins. These are easier to digest and good for children. Additionally, this is really helpful in relieving constipation due to high in soluble fibre. Ripe bananas are sweeter than unripe. Thus, it's not really suitable for diabetic patients.
In last stage, banana lost most of its micronutrients and turned sweetest. As sugar content is highest here, making this least suitable choice for diabetic and obese people. Still, brown bananas can provide some health benefits as its still contain antioxidants.
Overall, in all stages bananas are good for our heart, as it provide 9% of potassium. This fruit is helpful in overcoming depression due to high levels of tryptophan.
Not only this, high % of Vitamin B6 and Manganese in bananas can help us sleep well and can relax our muscles.
