Your AMH level tells us about your egg reserve. The drugs we use in IVF only "rescue" a group of eggs (follicles) that your body was going to lose anyway that cycle.

Think of it this way: The drugs are a boost, not a drain! They don't negatively impact the rest of your reserve.

It's a fundamental truth in fertility: a woman's age is the single most important factor affecting her egg quality. After the mid-30s, not only do the number of eggs decrease, but the quality (chromosomal health) also drops significantly. This is why conception becomes more challenging and the risk of miscarriage increases.
