Hi everyone, I’m Saira Jabeen, a psychologist, and I’m starting something close to my heart: an A-Z Addiction Awareness Campaign. We often don’t talk about addiction as openly as we should, and that needs to change. Too many people are suffering in silence because of the stigma attached to it.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing posts from A to Z, where we’ll talk about everything—from understanding addiction as a disease, to how we can support those around us on their journey to recovery.
