Spectrum Clinic is expanding its multidisciplinary team and invites passionate professionals dedicated to child development and family-centered care to apply for the following positions:

Speech & Language Therapist
BS / MS in Speech & Language Pathology
Experience in working with children having communication delays, autism, or articulation disorders; Familiarity with AAC and play-based intervention will be an asset

Occupational Therapist
BS / MS in Occupational Therapy
Experience with sensory integration, fine motor development, and ADL training for children; Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setup

Clinical Psychologist
Minimum Master’s / M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology
Experience in assessment and therapy for children with neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD, GDD, etc.), Proficiency in psychometric testing and parent counselling preferred

The session focused on strengthening the capacity of healthcare professionals to effectively establish and manage ECD centres, promoting nurturing care, early learning, and holistic child well-being.

Not every cry means your baby needs immediate intervention. Babies often show signs of self-soothing — a wonderful skill that helps them settle independently.

✨ Look out for these signs:
🔄 Moving head side to side
👣 Playing with feet or sucking on hands
😌 Soft crying with pauses
🛌 Re-positioning or rolling around
🍼 Sucking (with or without a pacifier)
