Objectives
The organization has the following objectives;
a) To foster, support and contribute towards activities for integrated, self reliant and long term development in Pakistan to benefit the disadvantaged and unreached;
b) To establish, manage, maintain, own, administer, promote and subsidize educational institutions, computer literacy centers, schools, colleges, institutions for study and research, centers of learning, reading rooms, and other institutions for basic education, adult literacy, advanced studies and other educational fora with the permission of competent authority but not to act as a degree awarding institute
c) To establish and maintain libraries for members and communities or providing facilities like reading rooms etc for the purpose of rural and urban development through education and literacy programs. d) To encourage the unprivileged communities especially youth, to enable them to initiate development activities on sustainable basis. e) Utilizing the potential energy and talent of unemployed youth in a constructive mode for the establishment of a responsible society;
Pooling of new emerging business ideas from talented people;
Encouraging people with productive skills and unique ideas;
Interpretation of pooled ideas into business opportunities, taking practical aspects and market scenario and research into account;
Working out business pre-feasibility studies, market research and analysis, sector/industry trends, regulatory procedures;
f) Establishing and enhancing business units of varying nature with the different modes of Islamic Financing as follows:
o Modaraba Arrangements
o Diminishing Musharaka Agreements
o Morabaha Facilities
o Istisna and Salam Facilities
g) Assurance of continuous business guidelines and training sessions for new established businesses, and a reasonable and agreed control of the foundation over the new developed business enterprises
h) Build the human and institutional capacity for the poor for attaining sustainable development. i) Implement development programs to reduce the incidence of poverty through provision of financial and non-financial service including microfinance, social mobilization and social sector services to improve the living standards of the poor communities. j) Employ research, innovation, advocacy and technology as the instruments for building a culture of pro-policy making. k) To liaise with financial institutions and other donors and act as a catalyst for low income generation groups. l) To raise awareness within or outside government institution, non-government organizations and other institutions working for poverty alleviation and enforcement of national productivity. m) Providing expert services to entrepreneurial sectors for quality and productivity improvement to meet the challenges of national/international competition. n) To establish, maintain, run, manage and administer aid programs for providing relief and help to the needy,
