Payment Terms
We acknowledge Advance Payments. Cargo and transportation charges will be included unless overall expressed. Payments are to be made to the Company without any deduction or discount other than as stated in these Terms or in the relevant invoice or statement. Title
Legal and beneficial ownership of the Goods will not pass to the Customer until such time as the Goods have been paid in full in cash or cleared funds. Risk and Insurance
The Goods are totally at the danger of the Customer from the snippet of conveyance to the Client's purpose of conveyance or on accumulation, despite the fact that title in the Goods has not passed to the Customer around then. The Customer must, at its own particular cost, keep up the Goods and safeguard them for the profit of the Company against robbery, breakdown, fire, water and different dangers as from the snippet of conveyance to the Customer and until title in the Goods has gone to the Customer. No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred without the prior written consent of the Company (which is at the Company’s sole discretion). If such consent is given it is, at the Company’s election, subject to the Company being reimbursed all losses, including loss of profits, and paid a cancellation fee (being not less than 20% of the invoice price of the Goods). Each exertion has been made to pack your request with great consideration, please examine the stock altogether for any misfortune or harm promptly on receipt and document claim with the sending operators. Covered misfortune or harm must be accounted for within 3 days upon receipt. Returns
No Returns are acknowledged without earlier takes note. If its not too much trouble call client administration to get your receipt number. We maintain all authority to analyze returned merchandise before issuing credit. Unique request items or merchandise sold on a non return premise may not be returned. Returns must be mode inside 21 days of the receipt date. Our administrations group will complete all repairs rapidly and dependable. Force Majeure The Company will not be liable for any breach of contract due to any matter or thing beyond the Company’s control (including but not limited to transport stoppages, transport breakdown, fire, flood, earthquake, acts of God, strikes, lock-outs, work stoppages, wars, riots or civil commotion, intervention or public authority, explosion or accident.
