💙 Parent Mental Health Day | ASD Welfare Trust !

Caring for a child begins with caring for yourself. 🌱
💁On Parent Mental Health Day, we highlight the importance of parents’ emotional and mental well-being because healthy parents build stronger, happier families.

Parenting, especially in neurodiverse households, can be both rewarding and challenging. Taking time to acknowledge stress, seek support, and practice self-care is not a luxury , it’s a necessity.

Let’s normalize conversations around mental health, support parents, and create nurturing environments where families can truly thrive. 🤝✨

💁On National Integrative Health Day, we recognize the power of holistic, person-centered care that brings together physical health, mental wellbeing, emotional balance, and social support 🌿

Integrative health reminds us that true wellness goes beyond treating symptoms , it means understanding the whole individual, embracing prevention, early intervention, therapy, education, and compassionate care. When medical support, mental health services, nutrition, therapy, and community care work hand in hand, healthier and more inclusive lives are created.

💁At ASD Welfare Trust, we believe in an integrative approach that values mind, body, and environment, ensuring every individual receives care that is respectful, inclusive, and empowering.

Let’s continue to build systems that heal, support, and uplift , together 🤝
