اگر آپ اپنے بچے کو گائے کا پتلا دودھ دے رہے ہیں تو فوراً رک جائیں! 🚨

Tips to Keep the Placenta Healthy During Pregnancy

1️⃣ Eat a Balanced Diet
✅ Consume iron and folic acid-rich foods (leafy greens, meat, lentils) to improve blood circulation.
✅ Include protein, calcium, and omega-3 fatty acids (milk, fish, nuts) to support placental health.

2️⃣ Stay Hydrated
💧 Drinking plenty of water ensures proper blood flow to the placenta, delivering oxygen and nutrients efficiently.

3️⃣ Avoid Smoking and Excess Caffeine
🚫 Smoking, va**ng, alcohol, and excessive caffeine can reduce oxygen supply to the baby and harm placental function.

4️⃣ Get Enough Rest and Sleep
😴 Prolonged standing or excessive fatigue can reduce blood circulation to the placenta—aim for 7-8 hours of sleep daily.

5️⃣ Manage Stress and Stay Active
🧘‍♀️ Light exercises like walking and prenatal yoga enhance blood flow and placenta efficiency.

6️⃣ Regular Prenatal Checkups
👩‍⚕️ Monitor placental health through routine ultrasounds and medical checkups to detect any issues early.

Today, I had the honor of discharging a 30-week warrior—a tiny soul who entered this world early but with a spirit too strong to be contained. 🌟

💙 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲:
Born prematurely, this little one needed all the love, care, and advanced neonatal support we could give. From surfactant therapy to round-the-clock monitoring, we fought alongside him every step of the way.

💪 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀:
Behind every NICU story is a mother’s unwavering love. This baby’s mom stood strong, pouring her heart into her baby’s recovery, proving once again that a mother’s courage is unmatched.

Today, we celebrated a milestone—this precious fighter went home, ready to embrace life with the strength he’s shown from the very start.

A few weeks ago, this brave little warrior walked into the pediatric ward in a very sick state. He was suffering from ʜɪɢʜ ꜱᴘɪᴋᴇꜱ ᴏꜰ 𝗳𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 , a 𝗦𝗶𝗰𝗸 appearance, and constant fatigue. His mother’s face was a picture of despair, and 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 flowed freely as she feared the worst for her child.

Our investigations revealed the culprit: Enteric fever, with a blood culture positive for Ｓａｌｍｏｎｅｌｌａ. The journey to recovery was not easy, but it was made possible by timely diagnosis, targeted treatment, and the resilience of this little fighter.

💉 𝕋𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕥𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥 ℙ𝕝𝕒𝕟:

Aggressive antibiotic therapy.

Supportive care for fever and hydration.
