Which pain is worst ?
Labour pain or Sub arachnoid hemorrhage?
Both are described as extremely severe pains, but medically and clinically:

🚨 Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) pain is considered worse and more dangerous

Doctors often call it:

> “The worst headache of my life.”

Why SAH pain is worse:

Sudden, explosive, unbearable pain (like a thunderclap)

Reaches peak intensity in seconds to minutes

Often associated with:

vomiting

neck stiffness

loss of consciousness

It’s a medical emergency and can be life-threatening

🤰 Labour pain — severe but physiological

Very intense, cramping, wave-like pain

Comes in contractions (with breaks in between)

The body is designed to handle it

Not dangerous in itself (in normal delivery)
