❤️Client transformation ❤️

When she joined my coaching, her weight was 81 kg. But the real struggle wasn’t just the weight.
She was dealing with:
✔️ Constant digestive issues
✔️ Acidity, constipation & sometimes diarrhea
✔️ Anemia and constant weakness
✔️ Body pains
✔️ History of gallbladder removal surgery

She felt tired most of the time and even simple daily tasks felt heavy.
Fast forward to today, her weight is 69 kg. But what truly changed is how she feels.

✅️Her digestion has improved.
✅️No more daily discomfort.
✅️Her energy is back.
✅️Now she’s managing her business, her home, and her kids without feeling drained all the time.

And the most beautiful part?

One day her husband told her:
"Now you’re becoming my wife again. Before you were just the mother of my kids."
That moment meant everything to her. ❤️

Because this journey wasn’t just about fat loss.
It was about confidence, health, and feeling like herself again.

So you skipped Sehri again 🙃

And now your morning looks like headache, dizziness, craving everything in sight.

Cyster, skipping Sehri With PCOS or insulin issues, can mess with your energy, hormones, and even fat loss goals.

Rule of thumb is even a small, balanced bite is better than nothing. Protein + healthy fat + some fiber

Who can relate 🤣

Here’s what’s usually going wrong and how to fix it:

❌ Starting with fried food
Samosa, pakora, rolls straight on an empty stomach? That slows digestion and sits there… heavy and bloating.
✔ Fix: Open your fast with water + dates + protein (chicken, chana chaat, yogurt). This helps your digestion wake up gently instead of panicking.

❌ Rooh Afza & fizzy drinks
Sugar + carbonation = water retention, gas, and instant bloat.
✔ Fix: Go for lemon mint water. Better hydration, less puffiness, happier stomach.

❌ Eating too fast
When you inhale your food, you also swallow air. Hello, gas and discomfort.
✔ Fix: Slow down. Chew properly. Your stomach isn’t running away.

❌ Lying down right after iftar
It slows digestion and makes acidity worse.
✔ Fix: Take a 5-minute walk after eating. It makes a bigger difference than you think.

Every Ramadan, green tea becomes the “fat burning hack.”

But let’s talk facts, not forwards-from-WhatsApp.

Green tea contains catechins and a little caffeine. Research shows they can slightly increase thermogenesis and fat oxidation.
But The increase in calorie burn is small usually around 3–4% rise in metabolic rate. That’s not enough to cancel out oversized iftar plates, sugary drinks, or constant grazing till sehri

So what actually works?
✔ Portion control
✔ Adequate protein
✔ Fiber (helps blood sugar control)
✔ Daily movement
✔ Overall calorie balance

Feeling weak, dizzy, and exhausted during fasts?
It’s not “just hunger.”

Most girls blame fasting but the real problem is what’s happening between iftar and suhoor.

❌ Drinking only 2–3 glasses of water
❌ Living on fried food & solely on carbs
❌ Ignoring iron, B12, magnesium & potassium

That’s why you’re getting headaches, cramps, low energy, and that “I can’t function” feeling by 4 pm.

Fix your hydration. Add proper protein. Stop surviving on pakoras and chai.
Ramadan doesn’t have to feel like burnout.
