Mini Gardens

Mini Gardens We present to you "Mini Gardens" that not only have an aura of class and beauty around them but also The smoke from the exhausts of our cars.

The smoke from the cigarettes we smoke. The chemicals from the aerosols we use. The one common property of all the things stated above is that they are destroying our environment. All this pollution is harming us in ways we can't even imagine. The Ozone layer is being depleted, causing global warming, which is resulting in temperatures and sea levels all around the world rising. The air that we breathe has never been so impure. It's time we do something about this ! Gardens on a grand scale can be great, to be sure, but they can be pricey to install and very labor-intensive. "Mini Gardens" brings gorgeous little gardens to your balcony, patio, bedroom, kitchen or even your bathroom. These cute plants can be easily moved to suit your needs. They have fewer problems with diseases and pests and save time and labor. But best of all, they will improve indoor air quality and thus the health and well-being of their owners. Along with this we also bring to you, "Kitchen Gardens". These "Kitchen Gardens" will give you easy accessibility to all manners of small sized vegetables.

"He is Allâh, the Creator, the Inventor of all things, the Bestower of forms. To Him belong the best names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify Him. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise." - Surah Al-Hashr, 59:24

This beautiful painting of Asma-ul-Husna (99 names of Allah), was made in acrylic on canvas by our extremely talented member, Aiman Farid of The Art Cave - This is what she had to say about it:

"I completed this customized piece for a client and felt so accomplished as it's the greatest piece that I have made till date. It took me more than 30 hours to complete. I started it, left mid-way in dismay, started again with courage and completed this by working 4 nights in a row."

- Commissioned work
- Size 24 × 24 inches
- Acrylic on canvas

Almost all artists in history have gone through phases where people undervalue their work or not acknowledge their talents. A couple of setbacks, a handful of disappointments, a failure or two, and many of us give up our dreams, slide into our comfort zone and embrace it's favorite resident, mediocrity.

Mediocrity can be attractive to the lazy, the pessimist, the fearful. It is easy to achieve, easier to sustain and easiest to replicate, day in day out. This is exactly why it is the enemy of greatness, killer of creative brilliance and an artist's kryptonite.

Let's not fall for it's trap. Let's not barely get-by. Let's always aim for excellence; in fact, apply a bit of elementary physics & aim above the mark - that way, we are a lot more likely to hit the mark than if we aimed towards the floor to begin with.

Craft therapy anyone?

Craft therapy anyone?

Ever felt low on self-esteem, like you're losing control, losing your grip on things?

Try art therapy. Or craft therapy. Just... make something. Anything. Make a doodle, put together a puzzle, knit, restore an old rusty paandaan, paint, bake brownies if you like. But create. Tinker. Get your hands dirty. It works. Research says it does. Heck, our collective experience says it does!

Creating helps you channel your energies into something tangible, something you can touch, feel and hold. It makes you feel in control, gives you a sense of achievement, helps reduce anxiety and curb feelings of helplessness. It helps ground you by increasing self-awareness, and improving your 'flow' & sense of self-worth.

In short, it's like superfood for your mental health. So yeah, try it. Put your mind, heart & hands together to create. If it helps you in any way, give us a shoutout. Help us promote art, craft & tinkering. You know the world needs it.

Think about it. As creatives, we tinker with ideas, with imagination, with the unexplored. In our realm, there are endless possibilities. There are no limits, no right or wrong - just an infinite amount of potential.

If that’s not all, everything we make is brimming with self-expression & imbued with hues of our individuality. No two pieces we make are similar to each other, let alone to somebody else’s creation.

So really, there is no competition because the creative universe is limitless, and there is more than enough room in it for us all.
