Ramzan ke mubarak mahine mein sehri sab se aham hissa hai kyunki yahi aapko poore din ki tawanaayi (energy) deti hai. Lekin kuch foods aise hain jo faide ke bajaye nuksan pohncha sakte hain.
Agar aap chahte hain ke aapka roza sukoon se guzre aur aapko pyaas ya jalan mehsoos na ho, toh in cheezon se parhez karein:
🚫 Sehri mein in cheezon se bachain:
Oily Parathas aur Fried Foods: Zyada tel wali cheezain suste aur heavy mehsoos karati hain aur din bhar acidity ka sabab banti hain.
Spicy Foods (Mirch Masale): Zyada masaledar khana senay mein jalan aur pyaas ki shiddat ko barha deta hai.
Caffeine (Chai aur Coffee): Caffeine se body dehydrate hoti hai, jis se j**m mein pani ki kami ho sakti hai. Agar chai peeni hi hai, toh kam pyein.
Sugary Sweets (Meethi Cheezain): Mithaiyan ya zyada cheeni wali cheezain shuru mein energy toh deti hain, lekin bohat jald sugar level crash kar deti hain jis se thakan mehsoos hoti hai.
Zyada Namak (Salty Foods): Namkeen cheezain khane se pyaas bohat zyada lagti hai.
Tip: Inki jagah dahi, oats, phal aur dher saara pani istemal karein taake aap tawana (energetic) rahein!
