Losing the ease of movement humbled me, but the fight to regain it has awakened my spirit. God didn’t bring me this far to leave me—there is purpose in every step of this healing.

And now, with a mindful plan, intentional movement, and a practice built to restore what was once effortless, I’m learning to honor my body in a whole new way. Every pose, every breath, every workout is part of the path back to strength and freedom.
