Dr. Amjad Ali Khan — Ex-YDAIN, former President YDA LRH, and honorable MNA from Swat — paid an important and high-profile visit to Services Hospital Lahore today. His arrival was warmly welcomed by the senior leadership of YDA Punjab and YDA SHL.
Leading the reception was Dr. Salman Haseeb Ch. (Patron-in-Chief YDA Punjab), whose dynamic leadership and unwavering dedication to doctors’ rights played a central role in organizing this impactful interaction. Dr. Salman Haseeb, along with Ch. Dr. Mudassir Nawaz Ashrafi (Chairman YDA Punjab), personally briefed Dr. Amjad on key challenges faced by young doctors across the province.
Among the notable attendees were Dr. Zeeshan Lashari (President YDA SHL), Dr. Babar Bhatti (General Secretary YDA SHL), Dr. Junaid (Vice President YDA SHL), Dr. Rizwan Asghar(Vice President YDA SHL), Dr. Irfan Bajwa(Vice President YDA SHL), Dr. Tayyab, and the entire YDA SHL cabinet.
During the visit, Dr. Hafiz Rafiqat Gujjar (President FMGs) also met Dr. Amjad Ali Khan and appreciated his continuous advocacy for healthcare reforms, improved service structures, and transparency in policymaking.
A comprehensive discussion was held focusing on service structure, postings and transfers, security issues, formulary gaps, delays in salaries and allowances, and necessary improvements in the CIP policy. The leadership agreed that unified efforts and collective representation are essential for long-term solutions.
Dr. Amjad Ali Khan gave special attention to each matter raised, acknowledging the tireless struggle of doctors led by Dr. Salman Haseeb Ch. He assured that he would continue playing an active role at all influential platforms, engaging the highest authorities to secure fair policies, strengthen the health system, and support young doctors’ legitimate demands.
YDA Services Hospital Lahore expressed sincere gratitude to both Dr. Salman Haseeb Ch. for his leadership and Dr. Amjad Ali Khan for his strong commitment to the medical fraternity. Hosting them was truly an honour.

Dr. Shahid is a Postgraduate Resident in ENT Unit-II. Since the beginning of his training, he has been at the forefront of advocating for the rights of his community and addressing their concerns.
During the hospital’s privatization phase, Dr. Shahid remained on the front line and played an active and dedicated role. Moreover, whenever the community has called for support, Dr. Shahid has always taken the lead from the ENT ward.

گزشتہ شب سروسز ہسپتال میں ایک افسوسناک واقعہ پیش ایا جس میں ایک پی جی آر اور اے ایم ایس کی اپس میں لڑائی ہو گئی۔

پی جی آر پر ہسپتال میں کچھ افراد نے تشدد کیا جس پر اس کا سر پھٹ گیا اور وہ اس کی درخواست لے کر اے ایم ایس دفتر میں پہنچے تھے۔

مذکورہ ڈاکٹر اور اے ایم ایس کے مابین لڑائی ہو گئی۔

اے ایم ایس اور مذکورہ ڈاکٹر ینگ ڈاکٹرز کمیونٹی کے معزز ممبران ہیں لیکن یہ تنظیم کے عہدے داران نہیں ہیں۔
ینگ ڈاکٹرز ایسوسی ایشن سروسز ہسپتال اس معاملے پر گہرے افسوس کا اظہار کرتی ہے اور اپنی پوزیشن واضح کرتی ہے کہ اس واقعے میں تنظیم مکمل نیوٹرل ہے اور شفاف انکوائری کا مطالبہ کر کے ذمہ داران کے تعین کا مطالبہ کرتی ہے۔
سروسز ہسپتال کی انتظامیہ کی طرف سے گزشتہ روز اس واقعے پر انکوائری لگا دی گئی ہے اور جب تک انکوائری کے نتائج نہیں اتے ہماری گزارش ہے کہ کسی بھی طرح کی قیاس ارائیاں نہ کی جائیں۔

چلڈرن ہسپتال میں آج سے کچھ عرصہ قبل لگنے والی آگ جس سے لگ بھگ 48 کروڑ کی ادویات اور سامان جل کر راکھ ہو گیا اور آج تک ان ادویات کی کمی غریب مریض بھگت رہے ہیں ۔ہم وزیراعلی پنجاب کی طرف سے اس انکوائری کو مکمل ہونے پر خوش آئند قرار دیتے ہیں اور مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ نہ صرف ڈاکٹر رضا حسن بلکہ اس وقت ادارے کے سربراہان کو سب کو اس کروڑوں کی سرکاری املاک کے نقصان کا ذمہ دار ٹھہراتے ہوئے برطرف کیا جانا چاہیے۔ ایک ڈاکٹر رضا حسن کو اکیلے ٹارگٹ کیا جانا انصاف کے اصولوں کے متقاضی نہیں۔ ہم وزیراعلی پنجاب اور سیکرٹری صاحب سے گزارش کرتے ہیں اعلیٰ عہدوں پر موجود لوگوں کو انصاف کے تقاضے پورے فراہم کرتے ہوئے برطرف کیا جانا چاہیے جو کہ ان تمام انکوائری پر اثر انداز ہو رہے ہیں۔ میڈم صاحبہ آپ کی اچھی گورننس کا نتیجہ ہے کہ اس انکوائری کو مکمل کیا گیا ہے ورنہ بہت سی انکوائریوں کی طرح یہ بھی انکوائری داخل دفتر پڑی تھی۔ ہم امید کرتے ہیں کہ آپ انصاف کے تقاضے پورے کرتے ہوئے غریب مریضوں کے لیے انصاف فراہم کریں گی۔ اور لاکھوں لوگوں کی امید بنتے ہوئے اس کروڑوں کی ادویات نقصان کے ذمہ داران کو کیفر کردار تک پہنچائیں گی

Dr. Waseem has previously served as a member of the YDA SIMS Student Council, where he actively participated in several important movements — including the NLE movement, the movement against privatisation, and many other campaigns of YDA Punjab since his student days.

چلڈرن ہسپتال لاہور میں پچھلے پندرہ برسوں سے ایک ہی کمپنی کو ملی بھگت کے ذریعے کنٹین اور کیفیٹیریا کا ٹھیکہ کوڑیوں کے بھاؤ دیا جاتا رہا۔ تین برس قبل جب دوبارہ کنٹریکٹ ہونا تھا تو انتظامیہ کی آشیر باد سے اسی کمپنی نے عدالت سے سٹے آرڈر لے لیا اور سالہا سال معاملے کو لٹکایا رکھا۔ اب جب نیا ای ٹینڈر ہوا تو وہی ٹھیکہ پچھتر لاکھ سے بڑھ کر چودہ کروڑ سے اوپر جا پہنچا، جو اس بات کا زندہ ثبوت ہے کہ برسوں سے سرکاری خزانے کو کروڑوں کا نقصان دیا گیا اور عوام کے حق پر ڈاکہ ڈالا گیا۔

وزیراعلیٰ صاحبہ، آپ کی کرپشن کے خلاف زیرو ٹالرنس پالیسی پنجاب میں شفاف گورننس کی روشن مثال ہے۔ وائی ڈی اے چلڈرن ہسپتال آپ سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ اس لوٹ مار میں شریک سابقہ اور موجودہ ذمہ داران کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کی جائے، کرپٹ کمپنی کو بے نقاب کیا جائے اور ان کے سہولت کاروں پر مقدمات قائم کیے جائیں۔ ہسپتال میں دیے جانے والے گھٹیا کھانے کے معیار کی حقیقت پنجاب فوڈ اتھارٹی اور اسپیشل برانچ کی رپورٹس پہلے ہی ثابت کر چکی ہیں جہاں کئی بار جرمانے ہو چکے ہیں۔ مریضوں کے ساتھ آنے والے لواحقین یہاں کا کھانا کھا کر خود مریض بن جاتے ہیں۔

یہ معاملہ محض ایک ٹھیکے کا نہیں بلکہ کرپشن کے ایک منظم جال کا ہے۔ اس جال کو توڑنا ہی آپ کی اچھی گورننس کی سب سے بڑی دلیل ہوگا۔
