Through the busyness of the days,
We often forget our own needs,
And that by nurturing ourselves,
We are planting our own seeds.
If we want to carry on shining,
We must ignite our own light,
By listening to our soul,
And doing what feels right.
Inner happiness is created,
By being solitary, at times,
A space to exist simply,
Without expectations is prime.
In moments of deep peace,
We are born, once again,
Awakened to our purpose,
In our space, we're sustained.
So let us pause and exhale,
Embrace time on our own,
For in the stillness, we discover,
The pathway to home ..
