A 15 years old girl with Huge Craniopharyngioma was operated in Sharif Medical City. She was blind on Right side due to compression on Optic nerve and Optic chasma.
Gross total Resection of the Lesion
Vision in Right eye improved to normal within 7 days. EVD was removed and there was no need of VP Shunt post-operatively.
Transient DI managed with Desmopressin.
Histopathology Confirmed Craniopharyngioma.

A 50 year female presented with Progressive Quadripresis for the last 2 years. Wheel chair bound and cathetarized. MRI Revealed Contrast enhancing Intradural extramedullary cervical spine SOL extending from C5-C7
C5-C7 open door Laminoplasty performed and complete excision of tumour achieved.
Post operatively deficit is improving.

An 40 years lady presented with L5 tumour extending in Retroperitoneal space. Previously fixed posteriorly.
Anterior exposure was done by General Surgery Colleagues ( Prof. Dr. Mohsen Gillani and his team ) and Spinal Surgery was done by Neurosurgery team. ( Dr. Babar Butt & team )
Whole anterior tumour removed. L5 vertebra removed, L4-L5 and L5-S1 Discectomies done anteriorly and 360 degree fixation was accomplished with Cage filled with Bone granules and putty along with anterilateral placement of plate fixed at L4 and S1

Hartshill Loope fixed after posterior Decompression of the affected levels.
It will add to stability and reduce chronic pain and further Kyphosis.

A 60 year old male presented with Huge Frontotemporal Brain tumour
G.C.S was 11/15 with raised intracranial Pressure.
Stabalized in ICU and operated
Postoperative CT Scan after 24 hours of surgery revealed gross total excision of tumour. Patient was successfully extubated after 24 hours of elective ventilation.
Postoperative Patient is fine GCS improved with any additional Deficit
Alhumdolillah
