پیار کی ایک صورت ایک بھائی کا اپنی بہن کے لیے پیار ہے جس کی ایک عمدہ مثال تب دیکھنے میں آئی جب ایک بہن جسکی عمر تقریباً آٹھ سال ہے اُسکو سماعت میں کمی کا سامنا تھا اور آلا سماعت کی ضرورت تھی بڑے بھائی نے اپنی بہن کے لیے مزدوری کی اور اسکو آلا سماعت لگوایا یہ بات اسنے بہت خوش ہو کر اپنے ہاتھ دیکھاتے ہووے بتائ یقین کریں اسکے ہاتھوں کے چھالے اور اسکے چہرے کا اطمینان مجھے یہ لکھنے پر مجبور کر بیٹھا ہے

1۔پیدائش سے پہلے ،پیدائش کے وقت،پیدائش کے بعد ایسے حالات جیسے ماؤں کا غیر ضروری ادویات کا استعمال ،پیدائش میں دیر ہونا،سانس لینے اور رونے کے عمل کا نہ ہونا،پیدائش کے وقت اوزاروں سے سر کا دب جا نا ۔جہاں سماعتی اعصاب ہوتے ہیں یا پھر بچے کا گر جا نا اور سر میں چوٹ لگنے سے بیہوشی کا ہونا۔
2۔گردن توڑ بخار،یرقان کا ہونا
3۔مناسب وقت پر گردن کو نا سنبھال پا نا
4۔بچے کا ہلکی , درمیانی یہ تیز آواز پر ردعمل ظاہر نہ کرنا۔
5۔پیدائش کے بعد 2 مہینے تک کسی بھی قسم کی آواز کا نا نکالنا
6۔بول نے کی صلاحیت کا پیدا نہ ہونا
7۔بچہ زبانی ہدایت کو نا سمجھ سکے
8۔بچہ اپنے ماحول کی آوازوں پر توجہ نہ دے
9۔خاندان میں کسی فرد میں سماعت کا نقص موجود ہونا
