It means you can't really tell by seeing a person if they have this psychological disorder.
Yes! Just like any other mental irregularities Sa**sm is also considered as a psychological disorders which may have some root causes.
🔵WHAT IS SA**SM?
-Sa**sm is a psychological disorder that involves deriving pleasure when imposing pain on others.
Sa**sm is defined most directly by the desire and intention to hurt others (verbally or physically) for self-pleasure.
“We have probably all encountered people in our daily lives who — at least seem to — enjoy hurting others,” said lead researcher Erin Buckels.
We may even encounter different subtypes of Sa**sm in our daily life.
▫️ Explosive sadist
▫️ Tyrannical sadist
▫️ Enforcing sadist
▫️ Spineless sadist

Well, it varies from person to person. Most cases of sadistic behavior require counseling and therapy to modify a person's behavior. 🔵 After being diagnosed with some mental disorder, it is observed that oftentimes clients hesitate to take therapy sessions or medications.
Research shows psychotherapy actually do wonders for some disorders.
Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a way to help people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Psychotherapy can help eliminate or control troubling symptoms so a person can function better and can increase well-being and healing.
📎CBT,IBT, Psychodynamic therapy, psychoanalysis, supportive therapy are some names of such curative proposals when it comes to therapy sessions.
Psychotherapy is often used in combination with medication to treat mental health conditions. In some circumstances medication may be clearly useful and in others psychotherapy may be the best option. For many people combined medication and psychotherapy treatment is better than either alone. Healthy lifestyle improvements, such as good nutrition, regular exercise and adequate sleep, can be important in supporting recovery and overall wellness.

📌Have you ever wondered? Why do you feel different whenever you're spending time with others? Why do you feel disconnected and down?
Or do you feel extremely self conscious?
Well there's no sin in being not normal when you're with others. People might actually see you as a weird person. But the truth is you're just DIFFERENT.
But when that particular behavior is creating problems in a person's life or is disruptive to other people, then this would be an "abnormal" behavior. In such cases, the behavior may require some type of mental health intervention. Sometimes the person facing this problem is also not aware of his\her own change of behavior.
🔵 Different approaches are being practiced by psychologist for the treatment of such abnormal behaviors.
Anyway, the main criteria for every approach is study, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of psychological diseases.
📎If you're feeling weird or cut off while being around with others or not feeling that much excitement in your life. It's better to approach your trusted psychologist.

🔵We have seen people going through so much but never share their thoughts, experiences and fears.
📌WHY SHARING IS IMPORTANT FOR MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS?

There are many well-known people who had lived with a mental illness. John Nash, Nobel Prize recipient for economic sciences, lived for many years with paranoid schizophrenia. Composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and poet Edgar Allan Poe were known to have battled depression. Charles Darwin, known for his contributions to the science of evolution, lived with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). These are just a few of the many, many people throughout history who had lived with depression.
Others have not only dealt with living with a mental illness, but have publicly shared their experiences and struggles.
Just because they know how it is important for others and for your own self to share your inner thoughts and experiences.
I believe that it is important for “ordinary” people to share their stories.
📌 Following are the benefits of sharing your thoughts and experiences:
🔺When you share your stories you help out others, how to deal with their mental issues.
🔺 It's therapeutic for your own self. As you feel very light after exhaling all the stress.
🔺Sharing our stories chips away at the stigma. More people will gain interest in mental health awareness.
⚪So, now you know the results of sharing your inner spaces with people.
If your friend or any close relative is having problem with dealing their mental issues, kindly dm us. Our pschologists are 24\7 available for your help.

🔵People oftentimes confuse these two Personalities the most. However there's a huge difference and one should know about their mental state regarding such situations.
📌INTROVERT is someone who finds socializing a draining experience. Introvert does not mean shy. Such people are generally private and reserved. Introverts might actually like socializing though, and talking to people. But they can’t do it for long periods of time. Eventually they need alone time to recharge.
Whereas,
📌 ANTISOCIAL PERSON OR A PERSON HAVING (ASPD) is someone who doesn’t like being around people. Who is narcissist at some extent. Mainly thinks about their own self. Are not good in socializing. Feel nauseated whenever they're in crowds. Some people can't even sit between so many people.
💡MENTAL HEALTH IS AS IMPORTANT AS PHYSICAL HEALTH. If you find these traits in your personality, kindly consult a good psychologist.
