بچوں میں جلنے کے زخم
پاکستان میں بچوں میں جلنے کے زخم ایک عام اور سنگین مسئلہ ہیں، خاص طور پر ان گھروں میں جہاں کھانا کھلی آگ پر پکایا جاتا ہے یا گرم مائعات اور برقی آلات بچوں کی پہنچ میں ہوتے ہیں۔ بچوں میں جلنے کے زخم فوری توجہ اور مناسب علاج کے متقاضی ہوتے ہیں تاکہ پیچیدگیوں، طویل مدتی نقصان یا موت سے بچا جا سکے۔

بچوں میں جلنے کے عام اسباب:

گرم مائعات: چائے، ابلتا پانی یا پکانے کا تیل بچوں کے لیے شدید جلنے کا سبب بن سکتا ہے۔
آگ یا شعلے: دیہی علاقوں میں کھانا پکانے کی کھلی آگ یا گیس کے چولہے جلنے کے خطرات کو بڑھا دیتے ہیں۔
برقی جھٹکا: کھلی برقی ساکٹ اور خراب تاریں گھر میں بچوں کے لیے خطرہ ہیں۔
کیمیائی جلنا: گھریلو صفائی کی اشیاء سے رابطے کی وجہ سے بھی جلنے کے زخم ہو سکتے ہیں۔
جلنے کی صورت میں فوری طبی امداد:

جلے ہوئے حصے کو کم از کم 10 منٹ تک بہتے پانی میں ٹھنڈا کریں۔
برف، مکھن یا کوئی دیسی نسخہ استعمال نہ کریں۔
جلے ہوئے حصے کے قریب موجود سخت لباس یا زیورات کو ہٹا دیں۔
زخم کو صاف، نرم اور غیر چپکنے والے کپڑے سے ڈھانپیں۔
گہرے یا بڑے زخموں کے لیے فوری طور پر طبی امداد حاصل کریں۔
احتیاطی تدابیر:

بچوں کو گرم سطحوں اور کھلی آگ سے دور رکھیں۔
گرم مائعات، کیمیکلز اور برقی آلات بچوں کی پہنچ سے دور رکھیں۔
برقی ساکٹس پر حفاظتی ڈھکن لگائیں اور بچوں کو آگ کے خطرات کے بارے میں آگاہ کریں۔
پاکستان میں، بہت سے جلنے کے زخم آسان حفاظتی اقدامات کے ذریعے روکے جا سکتے ہیں، لیکن جب زخم ہو جائیں تو فوری اور مناسب طبی امداد حاصل کرنا ضروری ہے۔ والدین کو چوکنا رہنا چاہیے اور پیچیدگیوں سے بچنے کے لیے پیشہ ورانہ مدد حاصل کرنی چاہیے۔
