After two weeks of speech therapy, the 33-year-old male client with traumatic brain injury has shown positive improvement. He is more cooperative and attentive in sessions, with better response time and increased participation. His ability to follow one-step commands has improved, and he is making more frequent verbal attempts. Mild progress has been observed in speech clarity, word retrieval, and functional communication. Continued speech therapy is strongly recommended to enhance cognitive-communication, memory, attention, and expressive language skills.
