Under the auspices of the Kashmir Physiotherapy Association, a physiotherapy seminar was organized to promote physiotherapy.The event was addressed by renowned physiotherapists, including
Cheif Speaker was Dr. Abida Sherazi PT, Head of Physiotherapy Department uajk,
Dr. Abdul Basit PT midland Doctrs, Dr. Almas PT, Dr. Sobia PT Lecturer Fihs, Dr Sheeba Bukhari Lect Fihs,
, Dr. iman incharge Cwpd Helping hand,Dr. Manahil iabal PT CMH and Dr. Iqra Sabir PT Helping Hand. The seminar was attended by a large number of students from UAJK AND FIHS PHYSIOTHERAPY DEPT.

October 6th marks World Cerebral Palsy Day. 17 million people world wide (including this miraculous small human) are affected by cerebral Palsy. It is the most common physical disability in children and is a lifelong disability and there is no known cure. 1 in 4 children with CP can not walk, 1 in 4 can not talk, 1 in 2 have an intellectual disability and 1 in 4 have epilepsy. Its impact can range from weakness is one body part through to complete lack of all voluntary movement. On world Cerebral Palsy Day we ask people to come together to embrace diversity, and make a more accessible future for everyone living with cerebral Palsy.
