Dr. Husnain Akram is the pride of Okara & Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at Qari Hospital Okara. He shares the details of a recent surgery done by him at Qari Hospital Okara:

A case of Road Traffic Accident with Upper Jaw complicated fracture with additional challenges of Old Age, Head Injury, Uncontrolled Diabetes, Hypertension, difficult intubation and non-affortability(Labourer) was operated for ORIF Maxilla(Bilateral) under General Anesthesia at Qari Hospital Okara on Health Card. The primary complaints were inability to occlude his teeth, depressed face(unaesthetic look), pain in jaw/eyes. Treating such a case at peripheries is never without a challenge and Alhamdulillah with the help of Dr. Shahid Qari (CEO) and Dr. Shahbaz Bhatti (Consultant Anesthetist), everything was so smooth and Uneventful. Patient was adequately managed and satisfied afterwards
