محترم اہلِ کوہستان لوئر
آپ کے بچوں کی بہتر صحت اور محفوظ مستقبل کے لیے میزلز اور روبیلا ویکسینیشن مہم پورے ضلع کوہستان لوئر میں 17 سے 29 نومبر 2025 تک جاری رہے گی۔

ضلعی انتظامیہ اور محکمہ صحت کی ٹیمیں آپ کے گلی محلوں، اسکولوں اور صحت مراکز میں آئینگی تاکہ ہر بچے تک یہ زندگی بچانے والی ویکسین لگائی جا سکے۔

آپ سے گزارش ہے کہ:
✔️ اپنے بچوں کو لازمی طور پر MR ویکسین لگوائیں۔
✔️ اپنی گلی محلے کی ٹیموں کے ساتھ بھرپور تعاون کریں۔
✔️ صحت کارکنان کی رہنمائی پر عمل کریں—یہ آپ کے بچوں کے محافظ ہیں۔

آئیے! اپنے بچوں کو خسرہ اور روبیلا جیسی خطرناک بیماریوں سے محفوظ بنائیں۔

خسرہ اور روبیلا (MR) سے بچاؤ کی قومی ویکسینیشن مہم 17 نومبر سے 29 نومبر 2025 تک خیبرپختونخوا کے تمام اضلاع میں جاری رہے گی۔

6 ماہ سے 5 سال کی عمر کے تمام بچوں کو مفت ویکسین دی جائے گی تاکہ ان کا کل صحت مند، محفوظ اور روشن ہو۔
آئیں، مل کر اپنے بچوں کو بیماریوں سے پاک اور خوشحال مستقبل کا تحفہ دیں!

Malak Salahuddin, former candidate for the National Assembly (MNA), delivered an awareness message regarding the Measles and Rubella Campaign scheduled to be held from 17th to 29th November 2025. He emphasized the importance of vaccinating every eligible child to protect them from these preventable diseases and urged parents and community members to fully cooperate with the health teams to ensure 100% coverage during the campaign.

محترم والدین اور عوام الناس!
خسرہ (Measles) اور روبیلا (Rubella) دو ایسے متعدی امراض ہیں جو خاص طور پر بچوں کے لیے نہایت خطرناک ثابت ہو سکتے ہیں۔ خسرہ ایک ایسا وائرس ہے جو تیز بخار، جسم پر دانے، کھانسی، نزلہ، آنکھوں کی سرخی اور سانس کی تکالیف پیدا کرتا ہے۔ اگر بروقت علاج اور بچاؤ نہ کیا جائے تو یہ نمونیا، دماغی سوزش اور بعض اوقات موت کا سبب بھی بن سکتا ہے۔
ان خطرناک بیماریوں سے بچاؤ کا واحد مؤثر طریقہ ویکسینیشن ہے۔ حکومتِ پاکستان، محکمہ صحت خیبر پختونخوا اور عالمی ادارہ صحت (WHO) کے تعاون سے "خسرہ روبیلا ویکسینیشن مہم" 17 نومبر سے 29 نومبر 2025 تک پورے ضلع kohistan میں چلائی جا رہی ہے۔
اس مہم کے دوران 6 ماہ سے لے کر 5 سال تک کے تمام بچوں کو مفت ویکسین دی جائے گی۔ ٹیمیں اسکولوں، صحت مراکز اور villages میں جا کر بچوں کو ویکسین لگائیں گی۔
میری تمام والدین سے پُرزور اپیل ہے کہ:
✅ اپنے بچوں کو لازمی ویکسین لگوائیں۔
✅ پولیو، خسرہ، روبیلا اور دیگر ویکسینوں سے انکار نہ کریں۔
✅ ویکسینیشن ٹیموں کے ساتھ تعاون کریں تاکہ ہمارا ہر بچہ محفوظ رہے۔

Today, the DHO Kohistan Lower Dr.Muhammad Geer, visited the BHU Jijal and RHC Ranolia to inspect the initiation of work under the Revamp Project through PCMCs. The DHO directed the concerned teams to ensure that all work is carried out strictly in accordance with the approved BOQs.

During the visit, the DHO also checked staff attendance and inspected the uniforms of all staff members, particularly Class IV employees, ensuring they were wearing caps and malasion dress as required.

The DHO appreciated the ongoing efforts of the staff and emphasized the importance of ensuring full and proper implementation of all directives. The IMU representative also participated in the visit.

This visit aimed to improve the quality health services to the community.

Today Inauguration and DPEC Readiness Meeting held in the Deputy Commissioner Office Kohistan Lower for the upcoming NID Oct 2025 polio campaign was held in District Kohistan Lower. The Honorable Deputy Commissioner, District Health Officer, ADC G along with others AC, DSO and EPI coordinator inaugurated the campaign.

All stakeholders actively participated, and activities of the pre campaign done according to the plane and the teams are gearing up to hit the ground from October 13th to 16th to vaccinate every child under 5 years old.

Let's work together to make this campaign a success and ensure a polio-free future for our children!

The District Health Officer Dr.Muhammad Geer visited BHU Jijal, where he assessed the health services, checked the availability of medicines, staff attendance, MNCH services, cleanliness and provided important directions to ensure improved healthcare delivery. He also monitored the Trainings of the leftover AICs and directed to do the quality NID Oct 2025 campaign.

Today, a comprehensive meeting was held at the DHO Office, attended by all health facility in-charges, PCMC/HMC chairmen and secretaries, with the support of the technical assistance team from DGHS.

During the meeting, the DHO issued strict directions to ensure immediate improvement in health services for the underserved community of District Kohistan Lower. The following key areas were highlighted:

✅ Improvement of OPD services
✅ Strengthening of infrastructure
✅ Ensuring availability of essential medicines
✅ Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in facilities
✅ Functionality of medical equipment and provision of other basic health facilities

All relevant indicators were reviewed, and clear instructions were given to every health facility in-charge to take urgent and practical measures so that the people of the district receive better, accessible, and quality healthcare services.

Additionally, the technical assistance team (Mr. Sanan) provided valuable guidance regarding the effective functioning of PCMC/HMC.

Together, we remain committed to bringing positive change in the health sector of District Kohistan Lower.
