"__RIGLER's triad (gallstone ileus)
Rigler triad consists of three findings seen in gallstone ileus:
1.Pneumobilia
2.Small bowe obstruction
3.Ectopic gallstone, (usually in the right iliac fossa)
History and etymology;
It is named after Leo George Rigler, American radiologist (1896-1979).

Rigler triad should not be confused with Rigler sign, the Rigler notch sign, or Hoffman-Rigler sign.
