KMU-IPS Welcomes 5th Pharm-D Batch (2025–2030) with the Revival of Nida-e-Khyber

Peshawar, December 12, 2025 —
The Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Khyber Medical University (KMU-IPS), warmly welcomed the 5th Pharm-D Batch (2025–2030) during an orientation session held today. The event was marked by the relaunch of the departmental magazine "Nida-e-Khyber, symbolizing academic and creative revival at the institute.

The session was graced by Prof. Dr. Sami Siraj, Director IPS, along with senior faculty members including Dr. Waseem, Dr. Muhammad Nabi, Dr. Haji Bahadur, Dr. Samie Jadoon, Dr. Mahreen, Dr. Kiran,Dr Rabia, Dr. Aiman, Dr. Shakir, Dr. Ikram, and Dr. Imran. Senior students also actively participated and extended a warm welcome to the newcomers.

In recognition of outstanding academic contributions, appreciation certificates were awarded to high-performing students. A special acknowledgment was presented to Mr. Shahab Shah for his exceptional efforts and dedication in the revival and production of the magazine “Nida-e-Khyber.”
This event reflected KMU’s continued commitment to fostering academic excellence, student engagement, and professional growth within the field of pharmacy.
