I had the impression that this site will attract people more than just chit chat or hello hi. Cos I genuinely believe that we all have problems, small or big but we need professional advice. so please don't hesitate to discuss issues that are considered a taboo or not worthy of discussion or where people put a stigma on you.

thank you Sir. I really believe we all need professional psychological help in every sphere of life. Pakistanis in particular need it the most,.I find it very ironic that a simple fever or headache or backache makes the sufferer run for a doctor to get timely cure but when it come to a problem that has blocked your thoughts processes, effects your daily work, your relations, keeps you tense, you become depressed, life looses its charm, you feel confidence is gone and life is go0d for nothing, yet you ignore all the symptoms and keep on suffering with increasing intensity till you are unable to even explain what you are suffering from. BUT you wont consult a professional ?????? just cos you think consulting a psychiatrist or a therapist will be a stigma????. Please we are living in new era. Gone are the days when only totally mentally insane people were put in an asylum and forgotten by the relatives and the society. Now u should seek help the moment you face a problem that is not solved by you or your friends and relatives before its too late. Mind is the most important function of your body and life. please pay attention to it and when faced with a problem that hampers your daily routine and daily functions don't feel ashamed of asking for professional help.
