World Pharmacist Day is celebrated through various activities, including appreciating pharmacists, raising awareness, promoting professional development, and community events.


This day was established by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) in 2009 to promote and advocate for the role of pharmacists in healthcare. The FIP was founded on September 25, 1912, which is why World Pharmacist Day is celebrated on this date every year. The day aims to recognize the contributions of pharmacists globally and promote their role in improving healthcare.


The theme for World Pharmacists Day 2025 is "Think Health, Think Pharmacist," emphasizing the importance of pharmacists in meeting health needs and building healthier communities worldwide.

Batch (14) of Six Weeks structured Community Pharmacy Internship Program (CPIP) has been launched.

Students of final year PharmD, result awaiting students, and Fresh Pharmacy Graduates can apply on or before May 01, 2023

2 shifts are available, i.e. 09 am to 02 pm or 03 pm to 08 pm. A registered certificate will be issued to successful interns at the end of the program.
