Clinical Excellence & Safety: Nursing Director, ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐€๐ฌ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ ๐๐š๐ฌ๐ก๐š, kicked off the session, emphasizing basic pharmacology and the "Zero-Error" approach to patient safety.

ICU Essentials: ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ซ๐š ๐€๐ก๐ฆ๐š๐ (Head Nurse, MICU) provided hands-on insights into IV Cannulation and the high-pressure environment of Medical ICU management.
Life Support Systems: ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐€๐›๐๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐Œ๐š๐ฃ๐ข๐ (Head Nurse, SICU) simplified the complexities of Mechanical Ventilation, reminding interns to always "treat the patient, not the monitor."
