PGMI, DME and Oncology Unit, HMC announces a newly designed workshop meant to help doctors reduce errors committed in treating patients at various levels. Initially this PMDC accredited CME workshop is for doctors who are involved in clinical as well as administrative duties. Interactive lectures and case based discussions shall be the mode of instruction: date of workshop: 24 April 2017 last date for application for registration: 21 April 2017 at DME of PGMI Peshawar.

PGMI DME News: FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT: As requested by TMOs during the breast cancer symposium, DME of PGMI and Dept. of Medical Oncology of HMC is organising a one day symposium on GASTROINTESTINAL MALIGNANCIES. Experienced faculty from reputed institutions of Pakistan shall be discussing various aspects of surgical and medical management of GI Malignancies. PGMI News: MOCK Examination being held at PGMI Conference Hall for trainees of PGMI appearing in Part-II Exams on 20 December 2016 in order to prepare them for TOACS.

BLS Course conducted at the newly built Skills Lab of PGMI, Peshawar. The course was arranged by PGMI free of cost for its TMOs. Soon another BLS course shall be held for other TMOs.

PGMI DME News: PMDC accredited Physician Awareness Program by DME of PGMI and Medical Oncology Unit, HMC at Gomal Medical College/DHQ Hospital Dera Ismail Khan. Continuing medical education programs are held to create awareness among doctors, including TMOs of PGMI, in different parts of the province regarding latest trends in management of various diseases.
