جب کوئی اپنا خون عطیہ کرتا ہے تو وہ صرف خون نہیں دیتا، وہ کسی ماں کی دعا، کسی باپ کی امید اور کسی بچے کی زندگی واپس کرتا ہے۔

A group of students from Pak International Medical College, led by Dr. Zarak, visited the Regional Blood Center (RBC) Peshawar today as part of their academic exposure and learning experience. The visit included an informative briefing by Manager RBC Dr. Adnan Reyat, Dr. Sundas (Hematologist), Dr. Ijaz Yousafzai (Marketing Supervisor) and Dr. Iqbal Muhammad (Senior Technical Officer), who highlighted the core functions, quality standards, and vital public health role of the Regional Blood Center.
The students were taken on a guided tour of key departments, including the Blood Donation Section, Component Processing Unit, Blood Storage Area, and Quality Control (QC) Laboratory. The session aimed to enhance students’ understanding of voluntary blood donation, safe transfusion practices, quality assurance systems, and the critical role of RBC in saving lives across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Overall, the visit proved to be highly educational and inspiring for the future healthcare professionals, strengthening their awareness of transfusion medicine and community health services.

One Drop of Blood Can Save a Life ❤️
Alhamdulillah!
A successful Blood Donation Camp was organized by Regional Blood Center (RBC) Peshawar in collaboration with Ghazalai Institute of Medical Sciences, Peshawar.
Students, faculty members, and teachers of Ghazalai Institute actively participated with great enthusiasm and donated blood for patients suffering from Thalassemia, Hemophilia, and other blood disorders, who are registered in government hospitals.
RBC Peshawar is not limited to blood collection only; it is also working for Thalassemia prevention through awareness of pre-marriage Hb Electrophoresis testing.
For this purpose, Mr. Hassan Gul and Mr. Abdur Rehman conducted class-to-class motivational sessions to educate students and protect future generations from this preventable disease.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Principal Mr. Hassan Akbar Sahib and Mr. Shakir Sahib for their strong support, approval, and active participation in the camp and awareness sessions.
RBC Peshawar Manager Dr. Adnan Riaz Sahib thanked the entire Ghazalai Institute team, took a group photo, and distributed appreciation certificates among the blood donors.

ریجنل بلڈ سنٹر پشاور کے زیرِ اہتمام خیبر میڈیکل یونیورسٹی پشاور اور این سی ایس یونیورسٹی سسٹم پشاور کے باہمی اشتراک سے ایک کامیاب ایک روزہ بلڈ ڈونیشن کیمپ منعقد کیا گیا۔
اس کیمپ میں بڑی تعداد میں طلبہ نے جوش و جذبے کے ساتھ خون عطیہ کیا، جو اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ ہماری نوجوان نسل انسانیت کی خدمت کے لیے ہر وقت تیار ہے۔
ریجنل بلڈ سنٹر پشاور کی مارکیٹنگ ٹیم نے خون کے عطیے کے فوائد پر آگاہی فراہم کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ کلاس رومز میں جا کر تھیلیسیمیا کنٹرول اور آگاہی کے حوالے سے مؤثر سیشنز بھی منعقد کیے۔
ریجنل بلڈ سنٹر پشاور کے ڈونر موٹیویٹرز حسن گل، عبدالرحمٰن اور کاشف خان نے کلاس ٹو کلاس جا کر رضاکارانہ طور پر طلبہ کو خون عطیہ کرنے کی بھرپور ترغیب دی اور تھیلیسیمیا سے متعلق شعور اجاگر کیا۔
اس کامیاب سرگرمی کے انعقاد میں محترم نومان صاحب (پروفیسر، این سی ایس یونیورسٹی سسٹم پشاور و سربراہ بلڈ ڈونرز سوسائٹی) کی گرانقدر خدمات، رہنمائی اور بھرپور تعاون قابلِ تحسین ہے، جن کی مدد کے بغیر یہ کیمپ اتنے منظم انداز میں ممکن نہ ہوتا۔
ریجنل بلڈ سنٹر پشاور کے منیجر ڈاکٹر عدنان رعایت کی جانب سے خیبر میڈیکل یونیورسٹی پشاور اور این سی ایس یونیورسٹی سسٹم پشاور سمیت تمام تعاون کرنے والے اداروں اور افراد کا تہہ دل سے شکریہ ادا کیا ، اور اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ مستقبل میں بھی اس طرح کی فلاحی سرگرمیوں کو مزید وسعت دی جائے گی۔

ریجنل بلڈ سنٹر (RBC) حیات آباد پشاور میں النور امن فاؤنڈیشن کے ایک اعلیٰ سطحی وفد نے دورہ کیا۔ وفد کی قیادت شیخ نور خان، چیئرمین النور امن فاؤنڈیشن جبکہ مس ثناء افریدی بھی ان کے ہمراہ تھیں۔ ریجنل بلڈ سنٹر پشاور کی جانب سے وفد کا پرتپاک استقبال کیا گیا۔
دورے کے دوران RBC انتظامیہ نے وفد کو ادارے کی کارکردگی، بلڈ ڈونیشن کے عمل، اور بالخصوص تھیلیسیمیا کے شکار بچوں کے لیے جاری خدمات کے بارے میں تفصیلی بریفنگ دی۔ اس موقع پر دونوں اداروں کے درمیان بلڈ ڈونیشن کیمپس کے انعقاد، عوامی آگاہی، اور مستحق مریضوں کو بروقت اور محفوظ خون کی فراہمی کے حوالے سے مختلف امور پر تبادلۂ خیال کیا گیا۔
النور امن فاؤنڈیشن کے وفد نے ریجنل بلڈ سنٹر پشاور کی خدمات کو سراہتے ہوئے مستقبل میں RBC پشاور کے ساتھ قریبی اشتراک اور مشترکہ فلاحی سرگرمیوں کے ذریعے عوامی خدمت کے عزم کا اظہار کیا۔ آخر میں دونوں اداروں نے تھیلیسیمیا اور دیگر مریضوں کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے باہمی تعاون کو مزید مضبوط بنانے پر اتفاق کیا۔

Regional Blood Center Peshawar (Department of Health, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) successfully organized a one-day Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Civil Defense Hayatabad Phase-05, Peshawar.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Commandant Muhammad Zaman sahib and Superintendent Khan Badshah for granting permission and their valuable support. Special thanks to Mr. Muhammad Waqar Sahib, Muhammad Bilal, Abdun Nasir (Instructor), and Hilal Uddin (Instructor) for their cooperation and active role in making this activity successful.
The RBC Peshawar team presented an Appreciation Certificate and Shield to Mr. Muhammad Waqar Sahib (Instructor, Civil Defense Peshawar) in recognition of his outstanding support.
Mr. Hassan Gul (Donor Motivator) and Mr. Amin Jan Sahib (Social Organizer) delivered motivational speeches highlighting the importance, benefits of blood donation, and awareness on thalassemia prevention.
