Hepatitis day is being observed worldwide today. It is estimated that almost 500 million people are suffering from this devastating virus (HBV/HCV) worldwide. Currently in Pakistan there are approximately 15 to 18 million (7.4%) patients who have (2.5% HBV, 4.9% HCV) positive.
