🤰 Travelling in Pregnancy
Travel is usually safe in a normal pregnancy, especially in the second trimester (14–28 weeks).
✔ Before You Travel:
• Consult your doctor
• Carry your medical records
• Stay hydrated
• Move/walk every 1–2 hours
• Wear seat belt below the abdomen
⚠ Avoid travel if:
• Bleeding or severe pain
• Risk of preterm labour
• High blood pressure or other complications
Safe planning keeps both mother and baby healthy.
Always take medical advice before long journeys. ✨
