‘Ge***al Warts ‘
Warts are bumpy growths with a rough surface that are often red or yellow colored that can effect any part of body but usually involve ge***al region. Ge***al warts in women are a common sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by human papillomavirus (HPV), most often types 6 and 11.

Procedural treatments :
Cryotherapy (freezing with liquid nitrogen)
Electrocautery. (burning)

Prevention:
•HPV vaccine
•Barrier methods like condom use reduces risk of warts.

MANAGEMENT OF SWELLING OF FEET DURING PREGNANCY
What can help:
•Elevate your feet when resting.
•Sleep on your left side (improves circulation).
•Wear comfortable shoes or supportive stockings.
•Avoid standing for long stretches.
•Drink plenty of water (ironically, hydration reduces fluid retention).
•Limit very salty foods.

When to seek medical attention 🚨

Contact your healthcare provider right away if swelling is:
•Sudden, severe, or only in one leg (could suggest a blood clot).
•Accompanied by headache, vision changes, pain in the upper right abdomen, or high blood pressure (possible sign of preeclampsia).
•Severe and not improving with rest.

👉 Swelling is often normal, but it’s important to keep an eye on it because it can also be a warning sign in some cases.
