Dear SCOPHeroes and IFMSA enthusiasts of Army Medical College,
IFMSA-AMC LC and SCOPH presents to you the greatest activity of all time on Mental Health Stigma.
No doubt, the lockdown during Coronavirus pandemic left people affected by mental health conditions especially the youth and students.
IFMSA-AMC LC has collaborated with USA based NGO Darul Qalb to make this activity possible.
The activity consists of two parts:
*Art and Writing Competition*
Mental Health is a neglected field in Pakistan. Around 24 million people are suffering from it. There is a dire need to assist those who are mentally ill or vulnerable to this illness.
Art and pen have long been the expression tools of man. Keep your pens and brushes ready for 20th May 2022. It is an attempt to help those battling with mental health to express their feelings through art and writing in a safe space while learning about the medical aspects of mental health.
Date: 20th May, 2022
