An 8-year-old child presented with a fracture of the femur. Surgery was successfully performed using the TENS (Elastic Nailing System) under C-arm guidance with a minimally invasive technique.
8 سالہ بچے کی ران کی ہڈی میں فریکچر تھا، جس کا کامیابی سے TENS نیلنگ کے ذریعے C-arm گائیڈنس میں کم سے کم چیرا لگا کر آپریشن کیا گیا۔

A 45-year-old male patient had a fracture of both forearm bones (radius and ulna) due to trauma. Surgery was successfully performed, and the bones were fixed using special plates (DCP) and wires (K-wires) to restore proper alignment and strength.
Alhamdulillah, the procedure went well.
