➡️Periapical Radiographic analysis is very very important in proper ENDO ,if you don't have CBCT in your town!!👍
➡️Found a REDIX ENTOMOLARIS !!🥳

Lower 6 with SAP!!
➡️SINGLE visit endo +resto done!👍
➡️DME done ,first I removed/excavated the caries from distal wall with ULTRASONICS,
THen tried different matrics ,but not found the passage!!🤕
So,I used ARROW wedge for margin elevation with flowable composite,
➡️Then centripetal buildup of proximal wall done with composite,
➡️Using SDR +FIBRE REINFORCED STRIP (something like BIOMIMETIC concept),
Final resto with composite!!!!👍♥️

➡️While trying to locate the mesial canals orifices, accidentally done PERFO !!🤕
➡️Later ,repaired with CAOH!❤️

➡️Same issues: hyperactive tongue, thick salivation ,and GAG issue!!😫
➡️Patient was not willing for extraction!!
