Sciatica and deep buttock pain are extremely common, especially among people who sit for long hours, athletes, and those facing lumbar spine issues.
One of the most overlooked contributors to this pain is the Piriformis Muscle — a small muscle deep in the glutes, right over the sciatic nerve.

When this muscle becomes tight or irritated, it can compress the nerve and produce:
• Buttock pain
• Sharp shooting leg pain
• Tingling or numbness
• Difficulty sitting or walking
• Pain while climbing stairs

In today's video, I’m demonstrating a Piriformis Mobilization Technique aimed at reducing nerve irritation and restoring normal movement.

This mobilization helps:
⭐ Release deep gluteal tightness
⭐ Improve hip external rotation
⭐ Reduce sciatic nerve pressure
⭐ Improve circulation
⭐ Reduce pain and stiffness
