We are looking to hire a FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST located at our office at INDUSTRIAL AREA #15, Sharjah, UAE.

Your job description will be as follows:

*Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
*Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
*Receiving and sorting daily mail/parcels from couriers
*Assist in administrative tasks.
*Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
*Update calendars and schedule meetings
