Sleep hygiene means doing the right things every day and making your room comfortable so you can sleep well.

KEY HABITS FOR BETTER SLEEP:

1- Sleep and wake up at the same time daily
2- Do calm activities at night (e.g. reading, praying)
3- Get morning sunlight
4- Avoid long or late naps
5- Exercise, but not before bed
6- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoking in the evening close to bedtime
7- Don’t eat heavy meals close to bedtime

REMINDER:
Sleep takes practice. Stay consistent and your sleep will improve naturally.
