World Su***de Prevention day 2025 "CHANGE THE NARATIVE" Open conversation about su***de, don't hide su***de. Share such stories, listen the person actively, destigmise su***de and meltal illnesses.
Since December 2022 Pakistan Panel Code it's not Crime ANY MORE but the person who attempted su***de and survived, must be examined by psychiatrist for mental health.
The program organised by Dept of PSYCHIATRY GMC, Sukkur last week.

نشے کی لت/عادت ایک بیماری ہے نہ کے قردار کی خرابی۔ (WHO )
نشے کی بیماری تبھی قابل علاج ہے جب مریض کم سے کم ایک بار ملاقات کے لیے وزٹ کریں،کیوں کہ اس میں Motivational Interview کی جاتی ہے، اس کے بعد ہی مریض کو احساس ہوتا ہے، ویسے تو خود کو خود کے مرضی کا مالک سمجھتا ہے، مریض نہیں۔۔!

June 10th, 2025, is Action Anxiety Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about anxiety disorders and reducing stigma. It's an annual initiative by Anxiety Canada to encourage people to ACT (Awareness, Colours, Talking) to support those affected by anxiety.
