ہم نوو نورڈیسک فارما کے زیر اہتمام CDIC (بچوں میں ذیابیطس کو تبدیل کرنا) کے نام سے ایک خیراتی پروگرام کے لیے رجسٹریشن مہم شروع کر رہے ہیں۔ یہ پروگرام صرف ٹائپ 1 ذیابیطس والے بچوں کے لیے ہے، لہذا اگر آپ کے خاندان کے افراد یا رشتہ دار ٹائپ 1 ذیابیطس میں مبتلا ہیں، تو انہیں بروقت مطلع کریں۔ یہ پروگرام 25 سال تک کی عمر کے ٹائپ 1 ذیابیطس والے بچوں کو مفت انسولین، گلوکوومیٹر، سٹرپس اور خون کے لینسٹس فراہم کرتا ہے۔ اگرچہ یہ پروگرام ملک بھر میں ہے، لیکن فی الحال یہ ضلع مردان اور آس پاس کے علاقوں میں دستیاب نہیں ہے۔ ہم اپنے علاقے میں پروگرام شروع کرنے کے لیے 100 رجسٹریشن تک پہنچنے کا ارادہ رکھتے ہیں۔ مزید معلومات کے لیے گوگل پر CDIC تلاش کریں۔ براہ کرم نوٹ کریں کہ یہ پروگرام مکمل طور پر مفت ہے، جس میں A سے Z تک کے تمام اخراجات شامل ہیں، خاص طور پر ٹائپ 1 ذیابیطس والے بچوں کے لیے۔

Attention all

We are launching a registration drive for a charity program called CDIC (Changing diabetes in children), sponsored by Novo Nordisk Pharma. This program is only for children having type 1 diabetes, so if your family members or relatives are having type 1 diabetes mellitis, inform them on time. This program provides free insulin, glucometers, strips, and blood lancets to children with type 1 diabetes up to the age of 25. Although the program is nationwide, it's not currently available in Mardan district and surrounding areas. We aim to reach 100 registrations to initiate the program in our region. Search for CDIC on Google for more information. Please note that this program is completely free of charge, covering all expenses from A to Z, exclusively for children with type 1 diabetes.
