DAY1_Chicken within vegetable (320 calories)
⭕1tsp olive oil
⭕1 garlic
⭕4oz chicken ⭕2 medium carrots
⭕3oz broccoli
⭕2 tsp water
⭕1 tsp reduced sodium soya sauce ⭕1 tsp honey
⭕pinch of salt ⭐Prepration:- In large pan,over medium to high heat ,add the olive oil and carrots and broccoli. Add 2 tsp water and cover until almost all tender ,about 6 to 8 minutes. Uncover and add soya souce , honey and black pepper and stir combine .
