Rashid Cheema Health & Blood Donor's Society RCHBDS, established in 2002, is UET Taxila’s leading blood donation society. We connect donors with patients, host blood drives & promote awareness.

Under President Ashraf Sarwar (2025-26), we continue our mission to serve humanity & save lives. Rashid Cheema Blood Donor's Society has been working for blood donation from 2002. The core purpose of this society is to arrange and donate blood to the patients of ISL/RWP and adjoining areas. A blood donation truly is a “gift of life” that a healthy individual can give to others in their community who are sick or injured. Even Islam enjoins preserving human life and protecting it against all potential harm, affliction and hardship, and it insists on ensuring peace and security for human beings. In the Quran, Allah says, "To save one life is to save all humanity". Islamic law urges every Muslim to be in constant support of his community, and make it a legal requirement in many.
