AAM is a complex and functional method of Physiotherapy for Rockstars directed at stage performers in the entertainment industry. Specialised in performing arts medicine, AAM is a fusion of corrective, therapeutic and activating techniques applied to the artist's body by the therapist, in a safe and non invasive way. Specifically developed for musicians, dancers, performers and stage professionals needs within their specific health and lifestyle requirements.

AAM developed by Anna Achimowicz fuses 15 years or bio-mechanical western medicine and physiotherapy, cranio - sacral work, applied kinesiology and muscle testing along with over 22 year or experience as a stage professional herself, as a dancer, choreographer and bass player applying performance specific correction and body work that a demanding lifestyle of an artist requires.
AAM is effective and sustainable in verifying the cause and source of pain, discomfort to disfunction. First and far most finding the cause of the problem, secondly applying activating body work or active mobilising exercises that corresponds with the individual body and thirdly verifying if the chain reactions of compensation has been properly neutralised. Governed by the fact, each priority differs from person to person, requiting a personalised approach depending on tests and findings by the therapist.
