How does your heart feel?
Now what would it be like to really listen to what they say?
As dancers, we are blessed with the ability to use our bodies as our instruments, but so often, we aren’t actually in connection with them.
In my upcoming course Yoga and Wellness for Dancers, we will dive into this deep listening, to explore the wisdom of the body and learn to love(and respect) it again.
