Integrative Psychotherapy Practice NEST "To noticeably improve the quality of life" NEST is a psychotherapy group of three based in Krakow.

Our practice provides psychotherapy treatment for individuals, couples and groups in Polish as well as English. Both referral clients and those who look for psychotherapeutic help at their own initiative are welcomed at NEST. Each person who comes to us with their problems is treated with respect and kindness and can count on a safe, confidential and reliable environment in which different emotionally troubling issues can be explored and resolved. The effect is a noticeable improvement to everyday life’s quality. We work as much as it is possible on a short-term basis with an aim to provide noticeable help in the shortest period of time. Our Practice uses an integrative-systemic model of therapy which means that our therapists use a variety of modalities (for instance psychodynamic, humanistic, body-work, Ericksonian and cognitive), in order to tailor the treatment to clients’ individual needs.
