🎨Art Therapy workshop at Lundbeck GBS Krakow: a fresh take on team integration 🤝

We’ve recently explored a new format of employee’ integration through the After-Hours Integration Program (AHIP) — an initiative that supports team bonding and mental well-being outside of working hours.

A psychologist was invited to lead an art therapy workshop, where participants engaged in creative exercises that helped them explore their personalities, share stories, and connect on a deeper level.

What made the event especially meaningful was its openness: employees from 5 different teams joined, some meeting for the first time. Despite that, the atmosphere was relaxed, warm, and highly positive - a true reflection of the program’s goal to build meaningful relationships across departments.

On October 10, our team came together to reflect on how we care for our mental wellbeing - not just today, but every day.

Throughout the day, colleagues across the office wrote their personal wellbeing tips on sticky notes and placed them on boards in the kitchen areas. Those working remotely shared their ideas online. From simple moments of gratitude to taking walks outdoors, each idea reminds us that small steps can make a big difference.

Together, we’re building a culture that supports openness, understanding, and care - for ourselves and for each other.
