The design enables cleaning of metal and plastic components, logistic containers, and castings within a single system.
Adjustable conveyor rails, spray manifolds, and air knives (manual or automatic changeover), combined with programmable control of flow rates and pressures and a servo-driven transport system, ensure precise process configuration in both continuous and sequential modes.

✔️ patented air knife system with warm air recirculation and ejector booster - elimination of compressed air
✔️ ReHeat - integrated heat recovery system with inverter-driven heat pump
✔️ full thermal insulation of enclosure and process sections

🔸 Advanced filtration system for better removal of soluble and insoluble contamination such as particles, oil suspended in water, surfactant residues and certain ionic species

🔸High cleanliness options - improved piping welding technology and electropolished process tanks as well as process chamber are one of the options that were chosen to higher cleanliness level of the parts after the process

🔸Dedicated automated loading of the baskets - fully safe, automated loading zone that allows baskets with the parts to be delivered safely inside process chamber without the operator. It gives buffer for baskets, so after loading baskets in a queue machine can work on it's own for a matter of time.

🔸Vacuum drying - machine is equipped with vacuum drying pump which allows to dry hardest to reach holes in heavy duty parts during the process

📢 Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming Logistics Engineering students from the Politechnika Lubelska. During the visit, we presented our company, warehouse operations, and key areas of logistics and planning, and invited the students to tour our production hall.

As part of the workshops, participants worked on a case study addressing a real logistics challenge, gaining insight into the competencies of our planning and logistics teams. The visit concluded with student presentations of their proposed solutions.

📢 Ostatnio mieliśmy przyjemność gościć studentów kierunku Inżynieria Logistyki z Politechniki Lubelskiej. Podczas spotkania zaprezentowaliśmy naszą firmę, procesy magazynowe, obszary logistyki i planowania, a także zaprosiliśmy studentów na wizytę na hali produkcyjnej.
