🎅 St. Nicholas Day at was joyful and full of energy!

At our company, Santa Claus arrived with a bag full of gifts, and we made sure the fun didn’t stop there - we organized a contest for the best themed costume. Our team’s creativity and sense of humor truly impressed us once again. There was plenty of laughter, great outfits, and a fantastic atmosphere!

We also decorated the company Christmas tree together, bringing a warm and festive spirit into the office. ✨

…And a few days earlier, the children of NOYEN employees celebrated their own St. Nicholas Day. We went to the theater to watch the beautiful performance “The Snow Queen,” and afterward the children enjoyed the most anticipated moment-meeting Santa and receiving their gifts!

Our long-term client from the automotive industry manufactures aluminum components for brake systems. During machining, the parts became covered with coolant, chips, and fine metal particles. Contaminants remaining in the numerous internal channels increased the risk of failing to meet cleanliness standards and caused issues in the subsequent production process.

To eliminate these risks, we implemented the NOYEN ULTRA 1000 WWRRDVT cleaning machine, designed for the complex geometry of the parts and strict cleanliness requirements (including no particles >600 μm).

The cleaning process included:
🔸 spray washing - removal of coolant and larger particles from surfaces and channels,
🔸 ultrasonic washing - intensive cavitation in a chemical bath, effective in hard-to-reach areas,
🔸 spray and ultrasonic rinsing - prevention of chemical residues and fine particles,
🔸 hot-air and vacuum drying - complete evaporation of moisture from inside the parts,
🔸 automatic transport between chambers - minimizing the risk of secondary contamination

What did the client gain?
✔️ repeatable cleanliness of components meeting assembly standards,
✔️ complete drying of complex aluminum channels,
✔️ stable, automated part flow,
✔️ high throughput: approx. 200 pcs/h,

🚀 New industrial chemical: NOYEN B 013 + SM 012

This two-component system combines the highly alkaline NOYEN B 013 base with the SM 012 detergent containing a mixture of surfactants. The preparation is intended for immersion, ultrasonic, and spray cleaning.

Operating parameters:
▪️ Working concentration: 5% B 013 + 1% SM 012
▪️ Bath temperature: 45–60°C

Removes:
▪️ Machine oils and machining emulsions
▪️ Greases and waxes
▪️ Workshop soils, carbon deposits, and soot

Advantages:
▪️ High degreasing efficiency
▪️ Free of silicates and phosphates
▪️ Non-flammable; contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
▪️ Effective at low concentrations
▪️ Suitable for use in both alkaline and acidic baths

💡 💡Practical note:
The working concentration should be determined in the laboratory based on the type and degree of contamination. After cleaning, rinse the surface before the subsequent process.

📢 Our long-term client from the automotive industry used KLT containers for transporting and storing components. Intensive use led to contamination. Dust, dirt, and residues of process oils increased the risk of transferring impurities between clean and dirty parts.

To eliminate this issue, we implemented the Expert T cleaning system, specially designed for cleaning plastic (PP) containers and trays.

The cleaning process included: spray washing, spray rinsing and convection drying.

📢Nasz stały klient z branży automotive wykorzystywał pojemniki KLT w procesach transportu i magazynowania komponentów. Intensywne użytkowanie prowadziło do ich zanieczyszczenia.
